How do I upgrade my plan?

Simplified is a self-serve platform where you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time!

Upgrading your plan is easy, and you just have to follow a few steps. Here's how to do it.


Upgrade from your Account Settings

1. Go to your Account Settings by clicking the gear icon on the top right corner of your Dashboard.

2. Select Billing on the left side menu

3. Click > to the right of the plan you want to upgrade

Note: If you have subscriptions to multiple apps and want to upgrade the plan on more than one, you have to repeat these steps for each app, upgrading each plan at a time.

Note: If you are subscribed to one of our previous plans (Small Teams, Business or Growth), you'll follow the same steps, but when upgrading, you'll only be able to select one of the older plans, and that new subscription will apply to your all-in-one app.

4. Click the Change Plan button

5. Choose a different plan, and click the Upgrade button

6. If you have a promo code, click the Have a promo code? line, add the code then click Apply

7. Click the Upgrade/Subscribe button to confirm

That's it! Enjoy your new plan!
