If you are using the Social Analytics for the first time, follow these steps:
1 - Sign up for an account or Log In to your existing account;
2 - Click on the Calendar icon on the left hand menu;
3 - Click on Social Analytics;
4 - To connect accounts, select an account from the list on Select Account, then click 'Enable Analytics'.
If you don't see any accounts on your screen, and this is what you see when you open Social Analytics:
then, click on search accounts and find you connected apps on the Social Calendar or, if you don't have connected accounts, then:
- click on 'Connect More Accounts';
- choose the accounts you want to connect;
- connect your accounts.
That's it! Now you can start customizing your analytics reports.
