How to select different fonts for the text in your design projects

Select and add Google fonts directly from the design or video editor

Adding text to your designs takes seconds! you can select and mark your favorite fonts. You can find any Google font within our fonts' list!

  1. Log into your Simplified account with your email or Google login.

  2. Open an existing project or start a new video or design project.

    • You can start a new project by choosing a Design Template or Video Template. You can also start a custom project by clicking the New Project button on the left-side toolbar, then clicking the Custom Size button on the right side of your screen.

  3. With your artboard open, click Text on the left-side menu.

  4. Select the text you want to change the font by clicking on it.

  5. Click the dropdown arrow on the top menu to open your font list.

  6. If you don't have any previous selected fonts, click Add Font.

    • You can find all Google Fonts available there!

  7. Find a specific Google font by typing the font's name in the Search Field, or by choosing a sorting filter on the dropdown menu.

  8. Click the font you want to add. It'll show on the My Fonts list to the right. The, click Finish when you're done.

  9. Now, click the dropdown arrow on the top menu, and select the font to change the text's font style!
