Receiving your rewards

How to get your extra credits after leaving a review on G2 or joining our Facebook Community

Want to earn extra credits? Simplified rewards are the way!

1 - Click the gear icon next to your profile photo to access settings

2 - On the panel, click on Earn Rewards, or click the button below

There, you'll see that you can:

⚠️Please note that the rewards are not automatic! Follow the steps below to receive your rewards

G2, Google My Business, Capterra, Trustpilot Reviews

You left an honest review of Simplified on one or more of these review sites. When are you receiving your reward?

For G2 reviews, they have to be moderated by G2. Once your review is approved by G2, you'll receive an email informing you your review was approved. Please send us a screenshot of the approved review on our customer support chat, and we will add the credits.

For all the other reviews, please send us a screenshot of the approved review on our customer support chat, and we will add the rewards to your account.

⚠️Please note that the rewards are a one-time reward, not a monthly addition to your quota. Once the reward is added to your account, it will expire when your quota cycle restarts (monthly). The reward doesn't roll over if you don't use it.

Facebook Community

After you join our Facebook Community, please contact us via our customer support chat, and we will add the reward to your account.

⚠️Please note that this reward is a one-time reward, not a monthly addition to your quota. Once the reward is added to your account, it will expire when your quota cycle restarts (monthly). The reward doesn't roll over if you don't use it.
