To select the types of messages to reply to in the social inbox just follow these steps:
Log in to your Simplified account with your email or Google/Facebook user.
2. Make sure you are in the social media section and click on the "Inbox" button in the main menu on the left.
3. Open the drop-down menu above the social media icons. In the list, you will be able to identify from which platform the stream originated from and what type of content it is (mention, comment, message).
4. You can select all types of notifications from your social networks and individually select the notifications you want to review by clicking on the corresponding checkbox and then on "Apply".
The number at the top indicates your total new notifications and the numbers next to each account indicate the notifications for each account.
If you select a social network and then click on Streams or Conversations you will also be able to know what the type of comment is according to the icon. In the image below you will see that tags have an '@', messages have a '✉️' and comments look like this '💬'. It will be easy to identify them.
