Where can I find the customer support channel?

If you encounter any issues within Simplified or have any questions and wish to get in touch with one of the members of the Simplified team, just follow these steps:

1- Log into your Simplified account with your email or Google/ Facebook login.

2- Once you are on the main dashboard, you will see a yellow question mark icon in the bottom right corner. Click on it.

3- A new menu will open, click on Talk to support.

4- A new window will open, and you will have two options:

  • Click on Send us a message: This way, you will be able to chat with one of the members of the Simplified team.

  • Click on Search for help: If you choose this option, you'll be able to view all the articles in our help center. They will guide you step by step and help you learn how to create or manage things within Simplified.

5- If the articles didn't answer your questions and you definitely want to chat with one of us, just click on Send us a message and type your question or comment in the chat, then click on the send button shaped like an arrow in the bottom right corner. Our team will respond within the next 24 to 48 hours.
