1- Start by logging into your Simplified account. You can do this using your email or your Google/Facebook login.

2- Once you're logged in, navigate to the main dashboard. Here, you'll find the AI Chatbot option. Click on it to proceed.

3- Once that your bot is set up, you can start customizing it. Click on your bot to start managing it.

4- Scroll down to the 'Display' section. This is where you can start to customize your bot. You can change the chat heading, manage the chat display behavior, choose an avatar, and control the timing. You can also manage the primary color and button image.

To make edits, simply click on the empty boxes to enter text or upload the necessary images from your computer files. Once you're satisfied with your customizations, click 'Save Info' and then 'Next'.

5- You can now see your chatbot on the left side of your screen. This is where you can test it and make sure it's functioning as expected.
