Our Refund Policy in a Glance:

  • We offer a Free Forever plan where our users can try Simplified's basic functionalities and make an informed decision.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If you're unsatisfied with your plan or need to change it, you can downgrade your plan or pause your subscription to avoid future charges.

If you subscribed to one of our paid plans and are unsatisfied, or think the plan isn't quite right for you, you can change, cancel or downgrade your plan easily. You can change or upgrade your plan if you need more quotas or features. You can also downgrade to another paid plan.

To avoid future charges, you can downgrade to the Free Forever plan, or pause or cancel your current subscription. In these cases, we wont issue a refund, but you won't be charged for any future subscription renewals.

Cancellations are defaulted to be set at the end of your billing cycle.

! If you want to avoid future charges, please downgrade to our Free Forever plan, cancel your plan or pause your subscription. No refunds will be issued for the days you remained on the previous plan.

We hold customers responsible for managing their accounts, billing cycle dates, trial end dates, and credit limits.
